Renia Colle de Cologne All-Purpose Cement is a neoprene adhesive that bonds sole materials (leather, PUR, rubber, TR, EVA) to each other. It will even bond PVC. Open time is 5-45 minutes. Excellent on difficult and extremely soft rubber.
