DEER
Deer is a game hide and is
subject to holes, scars and some imperfections. Two grades are
available. The good tannery run grade has fewer defects and can be
used for vests and garments. The second grade or glove grade has
more imperfections and holes and is suitable for items with smaller
patterns.
Thickness: 2-3.5 oz. (0.8-1.4 mm)
Colors: Gold #1 (LEA D1D), Gold #2 (LEA D1A), White (LEA D1C) and
subject to availability, Black (LEA D1E)
DEER SPLIT
This is a sueded split
produced from the deer top grain. The leather is very soft and
supple and is excellent for baby slippers.

MOOSE
Moose is a game hide
and is subject to holes, scars and scuffs due to the environment
they live in. The hide is very supple and is excellent for mukluks,
slippers, moccasin soles and handicrafts. Moose is sold as tannery
grade and is subject to some imperfections.
Thickness: 4-5 oz. (1.6-2.0 mm.)

MOOSE CREAM
NUDEGLUV
This is not a game hide, but a cowhide to match the colour and feel of deer and moose leather. The selection is much better than the game hides and gives a good value for cutting. This leather is used for vests and garments as well as handicrafts.
Thickness: 2.5-3 oz. (1.0-1.2 mm.)

GOLD LAMB
Gold lamb is available as an economical substitute for genuine deer. This leather is very soft and supple and has good stretch. It can be used in many applications including handicraft items.

GENUINE
ELK HIDE
Genuine Elk Hide is a game

HORSEHIDE
Horsehide is very strong and
has good stretch. Used mostly for gloves and hockey equipment
repairs. (LEA H1A)
