| Medical sheepskins are specially selected from large Australian lambs with good density and top quality. They are ideal for nursing, hospital and home patients. The wool
fibers can absorb up to 33% of their dry weight in moisture without feeling damp. They can rapidly absorb and dissipate moisture away from the source, leaving the patient to rest comfortably. They reduce pressure, friction and moisture, which are the primary causes of pressure sores.
Medical sheepskins can be laundered up to 50 times and meet hospital infection control standards.
