Can I talk to the owners?

No, they're both on vacation.

Then who can take my order?

There are still 1-2 people in the office that can take the order, but please have it ready when you call. We unfortunately don't have time to go through the catalogue or the flyer with you over the phone. It's really helpful if you know exactly what you want, then we can write it down and hand it off to the warehouse as quickly as possible.

My package hasn't arrived!

If we sent the package to a courier drop-off location, please call the drop-off location. There's a good chance it's there.

If it's not there and you need the tracking number, please email warkovsales@gmail.com.

If we sent the package by courier to your address and you need the tracking number, please email warkovsales@gmail.com.

If we sent it by Canada Post, we can only track it if it's a package with a waybill.

I didn't get an item I ordered!

If you were not charged for it, then we didn't have it in stock. If it's missing and you were charged for it, please email warkovsales@gmail.com with your invoice number and what was missing.

I can't find this item on your website/there's no picture!

The website is being built by one person who also has daily office duties. As such, it is still under construction.

Why aren't there any prices on your website?

We reprice our items every time we order them, in order to keep prices as low as possible. Prices on the website would have to be changed manually every time, and that would be another full-time job all on its own.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Unless we ship the order to a reservation, yes.

Do you offer discounts?

As a wholesaler, our prices are already as low as possible.

Do you cut leather to size?

No, we only sell full hides. If you don't want a full hide, please have a look in our remnants bins.

Why aren't you answering the phone?

During business hours, depending on the situation we may have anywhere from 1-3 people answering the phones. Due to high call volumes, your call may not be picked up. Please leave a message, or email warkovsales@gmail.com

Why haven't you answered my email?

Because the same 1-3 people who answer the phones answer the emails.

I don't know what I want, can you help me?

When Mike & Arnie aren't here, we can certainly do our best to help you, but no one else has experience in shoemaking. It's best to know what you need beforehand. Youtube and Reddit can be incredibly helpful sources for information on shoemaking and leathercraft.

When will you have this item restocked?

Due to the situation in the US, many vendors are being vague about ETAs on deliveries.
