Terms of Service

Our terms are net 30 days from shipping/invoice date with approved credit only. To receive approved credit, a credit application must be completed IN FULL, signed and returned to the office for approval. Until has been approved, orders are on a credit card only. A 2% interest charge will apply on all overdue accounts.

Customers with past due balances are subject to Credit Hold. No orders will be shipped to any account with invoices over 60 days. Accounts carrying a balance over 90 days may be turned over to collection without notice. The costs of collection will become the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of $50.00 (before all fees, taxes, and shipping). 

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheques, e-transfers, and EFTs.

Payments for customers without approved accounts will be prepaid prior to shipping.

Shipments are prepaid until customer is approved.

A $20.00 charge will be applied to the account for all NSF cheques.
