Repeated wetting and drying can rob oil-tanned boots of their natural lubrication. Clean them frequently and dry them slowly. Then douse them liberally with Pecard Neverleak Shoe Oil. Work in vigorously and let dry overnight. Wipe off excess oil the next morning.
